First-Slim Handset-Based Ferrari Phone-Myluxphone
Vodafone has launched a Ferrari phone. A unique model has been produced in partnership with Sharp, namely the 902 Ferrari Editions. The new limited edition handsets appear in the distinctive red of the Grand Prix car and feature the inspirational Ferrari logo. The user interface has been specially customized and Ferrari fans will be able to access unique content including 3D games, videos, screen savers, wall papers and ringtones. Forget about laying your BMB keys on the bar to attract Gold Digging “——-”. Instead drop a Ferrari phone and see what happens! Ha-ha! The F1 phone is actually shaped like the real Ferrari but really can work as a phone! Even though it was made in China by some factory who doesn’t give a flying hoot about copyright laws, the phone itself is pretty cool! 2.2-inch touches LCD, USB connectivity, MP3 support, photo and video camera! It does it all.
A new trend in the world of sports is that every team should have a cell phone bearing its trademarks. Not long ago, we were talking about Real Madrid’s Siemens. Now, another team that made history, but lately is more interested in phones than in performances is Ferrari mobile phone. There is already a series of electronic products that bear its signature or should I say the “hoof” of the pranced horse. Laptops, digital cameras and MP3 players, all of them have passed through Ferrari’s paddocks, have been dyed red and became a little snobbish. Now, it’s Sharp’s 902 turn to go through the same experience. The interface has been specifically modified to outline the phone’s place in the Ferrari family. In this way, the fans and lucky users who get their hands on such a phone will have access to a unique content, and among the personalized functions we mention 3D games, video clips, screensavers, wallpapers and ring tones. The phone will be available world wide starting with this month and will be distributed in the Vodafone network. Because the number of manufactured terminals is very small, the phone is announced as a collector’s item.
The number one pilot from Ferrari has declared that “the phone bearing the signs of the club it’s a must for true Ferrari fans and through the Vodafone live! Services they can keep in touch with the team and can get complete information from the Scudery Ferrari. VERTU has long been one of the top names in luxury cell phones, but their most recent design may win the race against the competitors. The Virtue Ferrari phone, which is being sold by Nokia stores in London, Paris and Hong Kong, was designed in collaboration with Ferrari and costs a whopping $25,400. The release of the phone, which features a shift gate on its posterior, coincides with Ferrari’s 60th anniversary.
While the appeal of a cell phone that costs more than my computer is a bit of a mystery to me, I can admit it’s easy to be impressed by the company’s special edition phones. The Ferrari phone certainly makes the MOTORAZR Ferrari Diamond phone look like a cheap knocks off. While the appeal of a cell phone that costs more than my computer is a bit of a mystery to me, I can admit it’s easy to be impressed by the company’s special edition phones.
